Summer Companies
During our summer season, we break down our shows into four age groups that we call "companies." We have a variety of companies for actors going into 1st grade through Freshman year of college. We focus on building performance skills and self esteem through full length productions. See which specific skills are taught at each age level below:
Fireflies

This program is for actors going into 1st grade through 3rd grade in the fall of 2023. Everyone is cast in the show, receives a t-shirt, and is part of a full length musical.

In this age range we focus mainly on these skills:

+ Storytelling
+ Voice Projection
+ Memorization
+ Body Language
+ Dance Basics (Rhythm and Clean Movements)
+ Vocal Accuracy
+ Confidence Onstage
+ Facial Expressions
+ Working as a Team
Little Crickets

This program is for actors going into 4th grade through 6th grade in the fall of 2023. Everyone is cast in the show, receives a t-shirt, and is part of a full length musical.

In this age range we focus on improving the skills listed above as well as the ones listed below:

+ Character Work
+ Creative Problem Solving
+ Adaptability
+ Accepting Constructive Feedback
+ Focus
Junior Company

This program is for actors going into 6th grade through 8th grade in the fall of 2023. Everyone is cast in the show, receives a t-shirt, and is part of a full length musical.
In this age range we focus on improving the skills listed above as well as the ones listed below:

+ Creative Interpretation
+ Improvisation
+ Character Work
+ Vocal Variety
+ Working as an Ensemble
+ Intent
Senior Company

This program is for actors going into 9th grade through Freshman year of College in the fall of 2023. Everyone is cast in the show, receives a t-shirt, and is part of a full length musical or play.
